Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by calling our Customer Support helpline on 7897777192

Refund will be processed according to following terms and conditions :-

•  100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if booking cancelled after check in date or on No show.

• 100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if booking cancelled in between 90 day(s) before check-in date and booking date.

• Free Cancellation if booking cancelled 90 day(s) before check-in date. 

All eligible refunds will be processed within 2 to 4 weeks from the day of cancellation request raised.
